I can't even count how many of these Bluetooth items I've bought and not been happy with. I finally realized that my small ears need an ear hook like this to feel more secure. I put it on when I got it for review and forgot I had it. I even slept with him. The sound quality was good for calls, just what I need it for. And the other end could hear me fine with no interference. The earpiece is still a bit big for my ear, so the inside is not very comfortable and I can't hear outside noise. I don't really care since I can still hear callers well and it doesn't seem like it's falling out of my tiny ears.
