I bought two of these devices where I work. The second should replace the first. They were definitely easy to set up and use, but after a few months they just stopped working. Had no connection to the internet and when they did I couldn't get them to do anything. After the same issues with the second device, I said come on and invested in a real Alexa device. I have a good plan with the Revain payment plan that has been working great for almost a year. We want to update closer to Christmas.
