The product came with no instructions (whatever, I'll find out). When I tried to plug it in to charge I had trouble putting the plug into the charging port and if you touch it lightly it falls out. There is no indicator to indicate that it is charging. After that (who knows how long it lasts) it runs for about 20 minutes and then just shuts off without warning. I'm trying to charge it now because I have an electronic signature document, then I'm returning this pos too, now the charging port (after charging it twice, may I add) is free and I have no idea if the charging lies really in the absence of the charge indicator. I am angry!
