Im impressed with this duvet. I read a lot of reviews and this is a great purchase so I was concerned. It's made in the USA and the lint hasn't slipped out yet. **Update: We've had the duvet for a few months now and I've washed it. No downshift or downshift didn't work. The cover is soft, I love it. This is a great purchase and I have to say I'm glad I did. We live where it's very hot (average 110ยฐF in summer and 60ยฐF in winter) and I left these blankets on the girls' beds, folded at the foot. (We have air conditioning but we don't turn on the heating in winter). I wanted something that could change the seasons. This weight is ideal for our conditions.
