We attach them to the hinged door at the entrance to the shared bathroom center. The swing bars are painted with glossy black enamel. After a week, all the tape is peeled off, the glue is not so good, when you stick it on a product outside, make sure it is not in direct sunlight, make sure it is not colored black, make sure sure you are not in hot climates. We're in North Carolina and this whole thing should have taken a lot longer than it did.
