What I like: Great sound quality, good noise cancellation, comfortable, light weight, microphone works very well. So good that you have to keep it right in your mouth for any good effect. I didn't like it at first but now I like it because even though it has to be right next to my mouth, whoever I'm calling can't hear other ambient sounds from others in the background. So it's more of a feature than a problem. What I don't like, mute. The instructions state that a short press of the power button will turn off the sound. Tried multiple times, longer each time, until it took so long it just shut down. I've never muted at work and when working with this from home it's imperative that the audio is working well and you know when it's muted. My last headset beeped when I unmuted and beeped every 30 seconds to let me know it was muted or beeped when I tried to speak. So in order to use it I have to manually install it in the conferencing software or on the computer itself for now. Aside from the mute feature (the only reason I didn't give it five stars), I'm very happy with the headset. .
