As an aspiring photographer I carry my camera everywhere and spend hours looking for a backpack. This insole solved all my problems. Don't use a camera bag and don't make yourself the target of a robbery. Buy one of these and just use a regular backpack. This insert has excellent padding and fits my Canon 100mm lens. It's not zoom-friendly, but you still can't stuff it into something horizontal in a backpack. I would go with orange over black if I could go back as it's easier to see.
