I've had various foam pads of this type in the past, and the quality is in no way inferior to them. I like that I can wash the liner. I'm 6'2 with long legs. My legs end up hanging down, exposing the bottom half of my calves. Unfortunately for me this pillow isn't supportive enough to use all night, but it's useful for a few hours before bed. I would definitely like to see a longer version of this pillow for taller people. I've used a few in clinics so I know they exist. That's the only reason I lowered my rating by one star.
