These bulbs are very small and it's convenient to install on 9007 type bulbs as the LED bulbs and fan easily fit through the retaining ring. The fan is very quiet and can only be heard when the device is completely switched off. On first install I noticed some dark spots and an issue where the beam didn't reach enough range. So far I have had to rotate the orientation of the lamps by about 3 times. One was the lights pointing left and right, the other was pointing at 3 and 9 o'clock. Both of these alignments left random dark spots on the road and the beam didn't reach very far. After 2 days I came across the fact that the light is emitted vertically and so far the beam seems good. The car they are installed on is a 2016 Nissan Frontier. I'll post an update on how this alignment works, how far the beam reaches, and if black spots appear. UPDATE: After all sorts of tries I couldn't stop the black spots. from appearance. Unfortunately I had to send the lamps back and just buy powerful halogen lamps instead. The beam length was better with my halogen lamps.
