I like how they have an application flow to fill out when you are looking at various positions. It's pretty straight forward, but if there was something about it that could be improved upon then we would definitely think about using this site more often than not! They do provide help in filling out applications with your resume/CV uploaded. Sometimes it can get overwhelming as well since there is so much information provided by them. The best part of utilizing their service is being able to complete our resumes online without having to go through the hassle of going into Career Builder or other websites which require downloading apps and taking screenshots etc. The best thing about RecruitBPM is that it is very easy to use. The interface is very easy to learn and is very intuitive. I have had no issues with RecruitBPM. If you are looking for a great, easy to use, and affordable application, RecruitBPM is it. RecruitBPM is a great software that has allowed us to streamline our recruiting process.
