Is this a high quality wallet made in the USA? YesWill this be my daily driver? Yes Is it worth the $39 I paid in the sale? Yes Is it worth the MSRP of $79? The NoThis wallet belongs to the category of everyday consumer wallets of the higher class. Another brand that comes to mind is Ridge. Again, this is a good quality American made wallet, but you are paying for the concept. Don't even get me started on "luxury" brands beginning with the letters C, G and the initials LV. All you pay for with these brands is PVC coated canvas. You don't even get a skin. I was distracted. "Real leather" is good. Definitely real leather. Leather grades: full grain (best), top grain (2nd, almost as good), then real leather, everything else. We won't get into cordovan as it is the best you can buy and a wallet made from it costs many hundreds of dollars and is well worth it. So this is a good wallet. I'm glad it's made in the USA, but I'd only pay about $100 for a men's wallet if it was made out of 100% genuine vegetable tanned leather that would last a lifetime. For $39 it's a good deal. I would pay $49 one day but I wouldn't pay more no matter what other bells and whistles they add.
