This light is very bright for small aquariums (rimless glass). So far I'm very happy with it. The only real question right now is how long will it last? I've used similar lights before and they didn't last very long and you can't just change the bulb, you have to replace the entire light. an aquarium that constantly flows down the glass. The only remedy seems to be to move the clamp mount higher, which can affect the device's ability to stay in place.
