The pants are super comfortable and warm. The shirt was tight, I'm not a tall woman (148 pounds). I bought a large one because I think things will be more comfortable than what I actually wear. This "BIG" long sleeve top fits my 98lb 12 year old! The sleeves on me were tight, I felt restricted and gave my daughter a top but left the pants. Buy 2 sizes larger than you actually are!
