I am happy with this purchase so far. I've been using the two-handed monitor support for about a month now and haven't had any issues. Installation was pretty easy: about 7 pieces, no hardware. I lost the instructions when I opened the box, but I was still able to figure out what goes where. The stand easily supports two 27-inch Dell monitors in a horizontal position side by side, each weighing about 10 pounds. The product looks well made and durable. I am happy with the purchase and save money compared to buying an equivalent Ergotron. I would buy another one if needed.
