Fixed freezes and crashes with forced restart

I like the look and ergonomics of the product and found it to be good value for money. However, the product freezes and does not respond to touches. The mouse will lock and not move, which means the on-screen pointer and mouse just stop interacting with each other. Turning the mouse off and on again does not fix this problem. I end up having to restart my computer for it to unlock. I've also noticed that some of the buttons I use frequently don't always respond to touch. Key sensitivity varies. In most cases, it responds to a light touch; sometimes I have to press very hard to make the keys respond. I then notice a one to two and a half second lag in response, and each key I press or tap moves, deletes, or enters that character. I pressed the corresponding key just as many times. I use the delete and command keys quite a bit and have found that things I've marked for deletion often don't get deleted on the first try. Other times, when I use the mouse to highlight something and then release to hit the delete key, the selection switches from the things/text I wanted to delete to the opposite or remaining text in that particular line of text, and I'm at it I end up deleting the wrong information. It's okay because I can just use an unnecessary function, but it's still very annoying because of the time spent fixing bugs. Delay. I don't have these lag and switching issues when using my Windows laptop and an external keyboard and mouse. I believe the problem lies in the sensitivity settings and key springs of this particular keyboard set. I'm not sure what the problem is but I want it fixed.
