Looks decent and functional but.
Fortunately, I bought it for home use and not for use in meetings or public.It looks a bit cheap with its shiny plastic finish.My divider tabs stick out beyond the edge and interfere with the pen and clasp.The rings snap open too easily.For my home use, it is sufficient and I expect it will last many years.The pockets are configured more like I need than any other I have found.If you are seeking something to use in front of others, find an alternative.I feel it is more of a 20 dollar purchase than a 30 dollar one.
