Hi I hope this helps someone :) I'm 5.8 inches tall and 200 pounds. In clothes I usually wear size L. I ordered size XL and it was perfect. I've been wearing it for 3 days now and it's very comfortable to use and walk with, I love that the bottom is open, it makes my life easier. I wore it braless and no one noticed lol. Good product. I am on a diet after a C session and intend to order size L soon.It is also highly recommended to shape my body.
