Bought this for my dad as a gift for his new TV. He likes to have the TV under the kitchen cupboard. Samsung's new TV stands with plastic legs are now slightly taller, making it more difficult to mount the TV under kitchen cabinets. I learned this the hard way after buying and returning two Samsung TVs. I read about this product and reviews online and tried it. When I need to attach the flat piece to the back of the TV, the screws that come with it don't rest against the back of the TV and don't hold the panel close enough to hold it. The weight of the TV in front causes it to fall forward. I went to the hardware store and bought some screws and washers but they still don't hold as the screws are too long or too short no matter what I tried. I emailed customer service and their reply email for me was to buy their $12 extra pack of screws as I described the dilemma. I don't think I need to buy the screws of a product I have already purchased and described as I have already tried it at my local hardware store. So here's a stand I can't use and customer service hasn't specified the size of the screws needed for a brand new TV model that just came out for Christmas shopping. Please do not purchase this stand for Samsung 32" Class Q50R Series LED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV purchased from your local Best Buy store. I previously tried to leave a review on this but was declined because I didn't have one Added link to TV model so readers know exactly which TV model.I'm trying to help other customers as well as the manufacturer as this is a new model and the screws for the TV may need to be different However, customer support did not take that approach, for me I would not recommend this product with a Samsung TV and also because of the way customer service handled my issue.If they get in touch with me I can re-reading this review after installing it correctly on the tv.I will wait.Update.Customer service on 12/31/2020 was kind enough to give me a 50% refund a to offer while I further solved the problem. Went to the local hardware store and tried the M4 x L20 with 4 washers for each screw and was able to plug them in. The TV has given Vali feedback as it is Samsung's manufacturer's issue, not Vali's. Even with the repair it's not perfect, but I was able to connect the TV to the stand and under the kitchen cabinet 45 days after receiving the stand.
