Looks good, doesn't work.

I don't really understand why this is happening but the mat doesn't work. I suspect the mouse pad is too dark for the mouse, or you want a porous surface instead of a smooth surface, I don't know. The thing is, this dose isn't working. My old mouse pad is still what I use, but I just wanted to replace it. I think I should keep looking.
