Review on 🐱 Blue Buffalo Wilderness High Protein Grain Free, Natural Adult Pate Wet Cat Food: Premium Nourishment with No Grains by Susan Oliver

I bought this online because of the convenience and price - I had wrist surgery and couldn't drive or lift. My Siamese cat LOVES this blue wild duck recipe, when I buy it from PetSmart she licks the plate clean. I received this delivery, everything about the packaging was the same, I even checked the best up to the date below (10th August 2019). When I opened the jar I immediately noticed 2 things - the color and the smell. Maybe it's a bad batch, I'm not sure. The color of the food was almost gray and it had an almost rancid smell. At the time I didn't have a store to compare so I thought maybe it was all in my head and I also know from experience that there can be slight differences from batch to batch. I fed my kittens. They were NOT fans and didn't even dare touch this stuff and for the first time since I've had them they developed a severe case of diarrhea that lasted for several days. After eliminating this product from my diet, the problem with the gastrointestinal tract remained. We took her to the vet to rule out anything more serious (since she was still drinking, eating and playing with her sister). The vet couldn't pinpoint the definitive cause, suggested she had probably eaten something intolerable and gave us a probiotic. She's finally feeling better. and I bought new food from the store and she gobbles it all up like she always does. Wouldn't risk buying this again. The convenience and cost savings are worth a damn.
