Bought this pack for my girlfriend. As soon as it arrived, she immediately started setting it up and loading a huge pile of gear. Let me tell you, this bag can hold it all. Once the gear stack was off the ground, she threw her bag on her back and began doing exercise circles around the house, jumping, crouching, and anything else that can be done on a hike.
