I ordered this so my husband can improve his prescribed physical therapy exercises at home after he was in a car accident a few weeks ago. For that it works great. It is relatively lightweight and easy to install and remove. The table is said to support 450 pounds and while I lean to 27 stone (380 pounds) the table feels. Well, the table holds me up quite well, but it doesn't fill me with confidence in its long-term ability to stand steadfastly between me and gravity's jealous embrace. I will let my wife use this great product before I fall below advertised carrying capacity and discourage others in my house from using it.
