The elephant consists of several parts that you have to put together. It's pretty easy when the boxes line up with their slots - one of mine didn't fit so I had to widen the hole a bit. The pieces are made out of some kind of foam board, a bit thinner than I expected but strong enough that when moving the tables I dropped it in a box and survived it. I took the white on purpose so I could decorate it myself. I used my cricut and spray paint for the decoration. Acrylic paint works too! If you are looking for something stylish and extremely professional then do not buy this product. For the person who wears jeans to the office and spends a lot of time staring at their screen (rather than at people), it's perfect.
