I've read the reviews and most people are right about the holes. HOWEVER, it's not that serious; With a little help I was able to put these tables together and they look and feel amazing! My son and I ended up using a drill to screw in the hardware, but like I said, it wasn't that big of a deal. In fact, I recommend you use a drill because I feel like it just keeps everything in place better! The stand is solid, the tables are securely attached once opened, they don't wobble, which is exactly what I expected! I bought a wooden set a few years ago and from the start these tables rocked back and forth and the wooden stand was weak. This set matches my furniture with a "T", durable and very beautiful. I am very happy with my purchase! And I'd recommend just having an extra pair of hands to help and a drill!
