No sizr adjustment Velcro or drawstring on the inside circumference of the hat
The style and proportions are good for a small head like mine. Only drawback is I wish there were a way to adjust the fit comfortably around your head to to keep the hat from sliding around or falling off. Otherwise, good lookin trilby hat.
