Yes, yes. I wasn't as frustrated as others because the parts were bent out of shape. But it is true. When assembled, the four legs do not sit straight. Requires bending. And my logo wasn't even in the middle. Grunt. But the real problem is the comfort, or lack thereof. Pay attention to the photo? thick stool? Do you think there will be good cushioning with a 4 inch thick seat? You are wrong. Oh so wrong. There's about 1/2 inch of cheap open-cell foam that makes you uncomfortable stepping out of the gate. Heavy pass. Fender, what were you thinking?
