Very clear and connects to multiple devices at the same time.
since 5 months. I use it all day during WFH with MS Teams and keep calling Zoom. Also, it's connected to my Android phone all day long. I've had trouble using headsets and mics connected to my laptop in the past because the sound quality for people on the other end was very poor. Never with this thing. Always clear. I really like that it connects to a laptop and a phone at the same time. It can handle audio from both when both are connected. I usually use a USB connection to my laptop and Bluetooth to my phone.
