Just got it in August and after the first month have had nothing but problems with it. At first you had to reach your hand under the dispenser a few times to squeeze the soap out, then it got to the point of having to do that multiple times to open the battery compartment, to shake, shake and threaten the batteries, to throw it away. out of the window. We have tried swapping batteries many times, going out and buying new batteries just in case the ones we had went bad. No, these are not batteries. Maybe the connections are wrong. I don't know what's up with that, but I do know that no one has 5 minutes to wipe their hand under the soap dispenser and not get any soap. We may have just received a broken one, but if you want mine it'll be tossed in the backyard once our new (different brand) gets here and I'll take the soap that's in it. Just kidding, but it goes in the bin, it will never, ever be missing.
