When I first opened the crumpled box I was expecting a nicely packaged computer and accessories. The cables looked like they had been put back in the pockets they arrived in and the pockets they came in were wrinkled and folded as if they had been previously treated. The case that protects the computer was not folded neatly on the computer, it looked like it had been carelessly repackaged, and everything that was put back in the box was dirty. I have a feeling the box is already open. If it was only opened for an upgrade they didn't bother to repack the box. Some of the documentation was missing from the protective packaging and everything was a mess. No bubble wrap was used on delivery which means the computer rattled in the large box it came in. 600 is too much to worry about it breaking and opening before I've even had a chance to use it myself. It's very bright and the graphics just look choppy (especially around the edges of the fonts, almost like pixelation). Picture quality was disappointing (I have 1996 PCs so there is something to compare. Colors were lacking. I played around with the "No" settings and the picture to see if I could change it but I couldn't. My old HP laptop I was looking to replace is much better than this one it's so light and feels plasticky (even the fork) felt like it was a child's toy I still had hope because I... didn't want to go back but after 5-10 minutes the fan turned on very noisy.Since I work online and using zoom it will be very distracting and disruptive. Now I'll personally choose a computer to be sure of what I'm getting , or I can just stay with HP. I had a morning back when it didn't last long but I thought maybe they'd improved by now. When I saw the computer was packed with no protection and was bouncing around in a big box, i thought it could te internal damage and I never felt good about this opportunity. I need this for work but I have to go back as I can't afford not to be the best for work and it won't work.
