The official Samsung support team has come to the decision that the headphones are functional. The ss employee said that it is usual for communication to be cut off for the headphones whenever there is noise, such as from passing vehicles or other devices. Please explain to me the logic behind spending $14,000 on headphones that, according to the manufacturer's representative, have no business working in the modern world.
