I've had a diaper bag for 2 months and it's already broken and customer service is unavailable
We bought this diaper in September to get a bigger and more durable bag. This diaper has many pockets and is very functional. However, after 2 months one of the straps broke. I emailed customer service on December 22nd and still no response. The guarantee should also be 5 years.
