I ordered these shoes for my girl last winter. I followed the size chart but when I received them I was having trouble getting them on my little girl's feet. Her foot was too fat to move all the way forward in the shoe, and when I grabbed the tab at the back to tuck her heels in, the back of the shoe lifted, revealing the raw fabric beneath the fur. They are cute and looked good when on. But getting dressed was a little painful.
