I bought this camera a few months ago to use during my summer holidays. We opened it last week and found it defective on the first day. Apparently Revain's 30 day return window was long past, so they put me in contact with the seller. I didn't feel like they would do much to help me when interacting with each other. boy was i wrong! They just asked me to send a video showing the camera failing. They were very patient and helped very quickly when I was having trouble getting the video to them. Eventually I received the video and after a few hours they offered me a choice of a full refund or a replacement. The whole experience couldn't have gone better. Based on other reviews I think the defect was purely accidental, but I'm also absolutely confident that if anything goes wrong, customer service will be very receptive. A+
