I bought it a few months ago as a gift for the New Year. Not open until Christmas. There was no battery charge. It's very noisy in my opinion. Haven't used it yet, but I hope strong vibrations aren't a cause for concern. After all, it's supposed to be for a child. Even for the price, there should be more than 1 day of cleaning before a charge is needed. In addition, the vibration has a rough effect on the gums. My child's gums were bleeding. The previous sonic brush never caused bleeding. They gave 2 bq extra heads and the bristles of the brush are soft.
