The soft plastic earbuds used in headphones bothered my wife. She was dissatisfied with all three sizes as they were uncomfortable to wear and the sound was blurry. At the rifle club I belong to, I wear hearing aids and use headphones to block out loud noises. I had to agree with her. Soft rubber inserts did not fit. I had in-ear headphones from other noise cancelers and chose a pair that I thought would fit their ears. I installed her and she was amazed at how much better and cleaner the sound was. The longer earbuds were also more comfortable. Setting up the system for use with a TV was easy, although the instructions could have been explained better. Now she is quite happy with the headset. And I can also watch TV more comfortably.
