They're thin but made of tencel so they won't tear when opened. It's a little tricky, but you'll soon know exactly where to start. As others have suggested, I squeeze some into an empty beauty jar after use. From time to time I wring out before use. I have plenty of everything after a few weeks of use, so I can apply it to my face and neck on days I'm not using a mask. Bonus: After use, I put the mask back in the bag and close it. The next day or two I can use it on my hands and then apply a moisturizer. The last day I put it on my feet, apply moisturizer and put on socks. The manicurist who did my pedicure had an anxious expression on her face after a few weeks between pedicures, and when I asked her, she said she almost never had to use a pumice stone on my feet. Smooth as a baby's bottom!
