After moving the computer to a room far from the router, the connection began to be interrupted frequently, the speed dropped. Apparently, increasing the distance by a meter had a fatal effect on the sensitivity of my previous usb adapter operating at 2.4 GHz. I had to figure out how to fix this problem. I rejected moving the router closer to the computer due to cabling hemorrhoids, so I chose between buying a similar usb adapter that could work at 5 GHz, and installing an internal adapter with a 5 GHz band. I settled on the last option. The choice was made in favor of the Archer T5E, not least because of the inclusion of an interchangeable bar for installation in a Slim Tower case. After the purchase and installation, the connection stabilized, the speed increased. True, the signal level is average, but here, apparently, the presence of walls and corners between the router and the computer plays a role. So I'm happy with the purchase.
