Good! So! I'm changing my rating now, not because of the product, it's quite nice. HOWEVER, I am changing my rating to ONE STAR because they are sending me a "winning scratch card" for a $5 reward. Despite my busy life, I took the time to post this review, took a screenshot of it, emailed the seller for "confirmation" to which he only replied twice and told me to post the posting my review, which I did, and still NEVER RECEIVED AN AWARD! Big waste of time. If you offer rewards for reviews, AT LEAST do it. Some of us don't forget. 💯Great bag! Bought this for my wife and was afraid it would be cheap material because of the price, but it's actually well made and durable. She absolutely loves it!
