I purchased the Yaesu Vertex VX-351/354 battery as a replacement for my old one, and I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, the battery's 2300MAh capacity provided ample power for extended use, and it was compatible with my radio model. However, I do feel like the battery's performance deteriorated relatively quickly. After a few months of frequent use, I noticed that the battery life started to decrease significantly. I had to recharge it more frequently, and it wasn't holding a charge as long as it used to. Additionally, the battery's housing felt a bit cheaply made, and I was worried about it potentially breaking or cracking with extended use. Overall, I'm somewhat disappointed with the Yaesu Vertex VX-351/354 battery. While it did provide sufficient power for my radio and was initially effective, its performance slowly degraded over time. I would recommend it as a temporary solution or for occasional use, but not as a long-term replacement.
