. These reels are fantastic, very good value for money and work flawlessly every time. I bought these reels some time ago and have already used most of the smaller reels of which I will be ordering two 8 inch reels from the same seller as I am very happy with them. Now that I've used them to seal food, freeze them for a period of time, and reheat them, I can review them with confidence. The embossing makes it easier for my Foodsaver to empty the bags and the seal is always perfect, even if some liquid or food gets into the sealing area. They persist when reheated in boiling water and make quite a loud pop if you forget to puncture the pouch while reheating/microwaving. The pouch never melted, smelled, or imparted any smells or flavors to the food. I've also used bags to seal dry items like flour, pancake mix, sugar, and more. Some items are in the boxes it arrived in and the packages are heavy enough that the corners of the package won't pierce it.
