I was so in love with this necklace that my kids and husband bought it for me for Mother's Day 2020. I confess that I wear this necklace every day since I received it. That's what it's for, isn't it? However, this happens immediately after my 3 month exchange/return period has expired. I was washing dishes and saw something fall from my chest into the water! After receiving my first necklace which was missing stones, customer service sent a replacement with no problem and as I said I've been as happy as can be ever since. However, I definitely want a refund. I'm not even sure I'd want to replace it if it only lasts 3-4 months.
