I recently had a baby and I have too much milk. I filled my shirt with 4 Medela reusable pads (2 pads per breast). I was still having embarrassing leaks through my bra, camisole, and button down shirt. I needed a quick solution! I spoke to my midwife who recommended this brand for another product. Needless to say I didn't purchase any other item but I did purchase this one! And love her! 1 can was enough for me about 5 weeks after giving birth until I stopped dripping. I wore them day and night and when I left the house. They're comfortable, soft and don't bunch up under your shirt. In my experience they soaked up like no other when I leaked, I woke up to a damp place, my side of the bed was covered in a huge puddle of milk not after using it at night. You have a lot of liquid gold! They stay quite soft after soaking and I've never experienced anything uncomfortable using them. I would recommend them as a must have for all overweight breastfeeding moms! Big brands don't stand a chance!
