The outside of the plastic is fine but I had to open it twice to fix it. We had it for a month and it spent most of that time waiting for repairs. At first the inner button that turns the light on and off was loose so I glued it on to turn it on and off. The second time due to the fact that the wire came loose at the point of soldering to the button. Poorly made.
