I bought this set of three replacement straps for my Fitbit Alta. Overall I liked them, although I would have preferred the buckle to be centered on the bottom of my wrist rather than on the side. However, it was a slight disappointment compared to what I experienced yesterday when my black bar broke. . . . in just 4.5 months. One side of the horseshoe-shaped piece of plastic that slides on or behind the Fitbit tongue just fell apart. I rarely take my Fitbit off (only when it might get wet) and I recently changed the band to try out one of the different colors. A few days later when I went back to the black ribbon it tore. When a bracelet snaps so quickly after purchase without switching between colors much, how is it supposed to hold up for someone who likes to switch frequently? Using plastic instead of metal for this part is a poor choice for such an important feature. I'm just grateful I noticed when the strap snapped and fell off so I didn't lose my Fitbit entirely.
