Poor craftsmanship but excellent customer support
Put rope in tree and seems fine. Upon checking the rope, the black handle came loose on the first pull. Unsatisfied. Now I have the rope 20 feet up the tree and can't believe the looped end was assembled in a more secure way. BummedUpdate: Spoke to the company. They were more than easy to deal with and offered a full refund. Will be working with them again on other items.
