I'm a total fan of the brand, have never been disappointed and all of their products get four or five stars from me at least for now. It's no different. The packaging is minimal which is a plus. The bar is a large solid cube. Since I only use it for my beard, this shape works great for me. It doesn't take much - a few strokes with a wet bar in the shower over the beard and it lathers up nicely. Even if the soap seems expensive, having a very pleasant, invigorating, pleasant scent helps a little. Really quite nice how you use it and shortly thereafter. It doesn't snag which I prefer, cleans well, doesn't dry out. It "bleeds" black so you probably don't want to leave it on the surface of the tub - use a decent concave bowl or trolley that doesn't sit flush with the shower wall and that's no problem. Good product, good brand
