Looks good but the sound is terrible!
I bought this phone for my 90 year old mother and the pictures and features were great. Also easy to install and use BUT the headset will repeat the voice when speaking and your own voice will be transmitted to the earpiece. Terrible. Static sound quality. In addition, when using the speaker, it doesn't pick up quiet voices and the sound is terrible too. Returned.
