I bought this because the product description said it would work with Canon cameras including the Rebel T7i. I was excited when I bought it, but when I tried to connect the remote it refused to connect. I tried every day for a week, watching videos and reading instructions over and over again, but the remote never connected. I was disappointed and now it just sits in my camera bag. The sad thing is I've had it for a month now and try to plug it in from time to time and see if it works hoping something else might happen. Personally, I will no longer invest in this company and its products.
