None of the four sites are blocked. We called the company's customer service number, which is listed in the owner's manual under the phrase "If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us and a trusted DOM representative will assist you." The person on the phone was extremely unprofessional. We were directed to a customer service rep whose attitude was less than concerned. She looked at the instructions (which we had already read and followed) and read them to us. She then asked if the item could be "defective". She told us that if the product was defective I would have to call the seller as the company only deals with missing or replaced parts and it is up to the seller to deal with our issue. We decided to give it another try. It took us three to finally close the four sides. We will not buy any more products from this company.
