Recently received new boxes from Fios. They have a coaxial input but no coaxial output. For those who haven't yet done this update, you'll get the main FiOS TV One set-top box, and all subsequent set-top boxes are mini FiOS TV One set-top boxes. The one I used this on was a mini which only has RCA and HDMI outputs. This TV defaults to the coaxial input when switched on, which is a problem for our grandmother with dementia who uses this TV.
